5 Ways To Improve Your Immune System

There are loads of ways to improve your immune system, but these five are some of the most effective and could really make a difference to how you feel and to your overall health.

1. Sleep

It’s thought that a significant number of adults in the UK don’t get enough sleep. The World Health Organisation recommends that the average adult should aim for around 8 hours of sleep a night. While this can vary considerably from person to person, with some people needing as little as six and others as much as ten, the majority of people do need eight. All too often, we don’t get the sleep we need.
