Drops

One of the most popular and most effective forms of CBD oil is in drop form. There are two varieties of oil drops available that are intended to be taken in different ways.

Water Soluble Drops

Water soluble drops come in a range of strengths from 5% to 20%. It’s well known that oil and water don’t mix, so traditionally, CBD oil couldn’t be added to water. However, Aqua drops are specially formulated to create a form of CBD oil that does combine with water. You can add these to your water bottle or even to a cup of tea!

Benefits:

The main benefit of aqua drops is that they are extremely easy to use and incorporate into your daily routine. They are also helpful in that you can easily adjust and manage your dosage by adding more drops into your water.

CBD Oil Drops

The other form of CBD oil drops are non-water soluble. This oil can be dropped under your tongue.

Benefits:

Like with Aqua drops, CBD oil drops are very easy to use. Applying it under the tongue also means the full dose is absorbed into your body more quickly. This way it can be drunk with water throughout the day, whilst also enhancing your general feelings of wellbeing.

CBD Paste

CBD paste is another common way to use CBD as a daily supplement. It comes in a syringe that allows a small amount of paste to be squeezed onto the finger.

Benefits:

The syringe allows for precise amounts of CBD to be measured out. CBD paste also comes in more concentrated dosages from 20% to 50%.

CBD E-Liquid

Vaping is a fantastic way to quit smoking, but it’s also a great way to get CBD into your daily routine. CBD vape oil is inserted into your e-cigarette in the same way that you would use any e-liquid, and it comes in multiple flavours.

Benefits:

The benefits of vape oil are the way you can incorporate it into your daily life. If you already use an e-cigarette, it’s extremely easy to swap to CBD vape oil.

However, CBD vape oil does only come in low doses so if you want the full benefits of CBD, many people find drops or paste more effective in the long-run.

Crystals

Crystals are a great way to get CBD as they’re a pure form of CBD. You can then control your own dosage to a much higher degree and get the perfect amount of CBD for your body. They are very versatile and can be used to create your own vape oil, for example, or used in food recipes.

Benefits:

You can control the strength and dosage of CBD to a much finer degree. They can also be used in CBD recipes to make delicious food!

Crystals can often be more complex to use and dose, and therefore aren’t the easiest way to take CBD as a beginner.

CBD Balm

While non-water soluble CBD drops can be used on the skin, CBD balm is formulated particularly for use on the skin. It’s combined with other products that are known to improve the health of your skin, but with the addition of CBD, people see huge improvements in skin conditions and even scarring.

Benefits:

CBD Balm is specially formulated for skin and therefore combines a normal skin cream with the healing and rejuvenating benefits of CBD oil. It’s ideal for skin conditions of all varieties and some people have seen improvements with scarring and other similar blemishes.
